2022 San Antonio Congenital Heart Walk

Quincy's Superhero Heart

Our team is raising funds for congenital heart defect research in honor of Quincy - join us!

Quincy is a 3 year old who was diagnosed sinus venosus ASD with PAPVR (right upper and right lower pulmonary vein to SVC ). This was diagnosed at 2 years of age after evaluation of murmur. He underwent baffle repair in January 2022 of SVC to left atrium, ASD closure and SVC anastomosis to right atrial appendage. He subsequently developed SVC stenosis diagnosed by echocardiogram and CT scan. In May 2022, he had a Genesis Stent placed in his SVC.

Why give? Congenital heart defects are the most common birth defect in the nation, impacting ONE in every 110 babies each year. The Children’s Heart Foundation exists to make sure these babies - and everyone impacted by CHDs - live long and healthy lives. Because of research, today there is greater hope for babies born with, and adults living with, congenital heart defects.

Help us reach our fundraising goal by making a donation today. You can also become a member of our team and join us at the walk!

Thank you in advance for your support!
