Nora's Happy Hearts
As most of you know, our journey with congenital heart disease began in 2014 when Nora was unexpectedly diagnosed with severe pulmonary valve stenosis shortly after birth. She was transferred to Boston Children’s Hospital by their transport team, where she underwent a procedure at just 2 days old to open her valve up. The incredible cardiology team at Childrens quite literally saved her life. Nora will be monitored for the rest of her life, and we are forever grateful for the amazing care Nora received (& continues to receive) at Childrens!
Pulmonary valve stenosis is one of the most common congenital heart defects. CHD affects 1 in 110 children. Raising funds for CHD research is critically important to all babies both with, and children and adults living with CHD.
The congenital heart walk is back in person this year (& at the Franklin Park Zoo- how fun!!) We’d love for you to come walk with us on May 15th!
Together we can make a life-saving difference! Thank you in advance for your support.
