Join me in supporting congenital heart defect research!
Hi! Some may not already know, but I was born with a congenital heart defect. So short story, I have a bicuspid aortic valve instead of a tricuspid! I get my heart checked yearly and I recently got news that I have to have open heart surgery sooner rather than later. I still do not when that would be! But I now make the trip to Cleavland Clinic to see a cardiologist who specializes in my specific heart defect. I decided that I wanted to make a team for the Congenital heart walk in St. Louis! This walk takes place October 30! I am so glad that I have such a great community that has my back! I sure do love Calhoun County! Raising funds for congenital heart defect (CHD) research is not only critically important and personally meaningful to me, but to all babies born with, and children and adults living with CHDs.
By donating to help me reach my fundraising goal, you’re helping to fund the most promising research into CHDs - America’s most common birth defect.
Together we can make a life-saving difference! Thank you in advance for your support.
