Sejal Heart Warrior
Our daughter Sejal is turning one July 24th, 2021. She was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect (TAPVR) in utero which required open-heart surgery shortly after birth. Over this past year, countless UCSF physicians, nurses, friends, and family members have supported us as we have navigated nurturing a baby with a congenital heart defect. Their help has been invaluable and Sejal is now thriving. She has grown to be quite a boisterous and determined baby.
For Sejal’s first birthday, we are raising funds for meaningful research on congenital heart defects. Funded research is making a very big difference in the lives of CHD patients, helping to reduce incidences and increase survival, longevity and quality of life.
Every dollar in support of The Children’s Heart Foundation helps to further their mission: to fund the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects.
Please support our team, join us for the Congenital Heart Walk, or both!
