We are raising critical funds for congenital heart defect (CHD) research!
Congenital heart defects are the most common birth defect, affecting approximately 1 in 110 babies, or a child born every 15 minutes. Congenital heart defects are the leading cause of birth-defect related mortality.
Cyle was born with a CHD which required open heart surgery at birth. Luckily, despite being diagnosed with multiple CHDs, only one cardiac surgery was needed. With many of the complications resolved, he is now a thriving 5 year old that loves to play legos and slime.
We've seen firsthand how advances in CHD research have helped increase survival, longevity and quality of life. For this very reason, we believe in raising funds for this cause in hopes that it will save more lives affected by CHD.
This is our 3rd year walking with The Children's Heart Foundation and we hope you can join us in either walking together, donating, or both!
Thank you for your support!
